We appreciate the feedback we've received and understand that the recent storms caused challenges for many of you, making it difficult to attend our event or remember the sale. We're grateful for your patience and understanding, and as a way of showing our appreciation, we've decided to relaunch our anniversary sale with a slight modification to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to celebrate with us on July 1st, our second birthday. This special sale is our way of saying thank you for your continued support throughout the years.

• 22% OFF SELECT Treatments, Memberships, and Packages purchased through our app.
• 15% OFF all retail products.
• 20% OFF all retail products when you spend $150 or more.

‍How do I purchase?

‍To purchase products you can order online or stop in for assistance! To receive 22% off SELECT Treatments, Memberships and Packages- login to our app and shop online. You will receive 22% off the first month of your membership and 22% off the treatments and packages available in the app. Not all treatments are on sale, only the items listed in the app. Treatments and packages will be saved in your app until they have been redeemed.

‍How do I redeem a Treatment, Membership and Package?

‍Simply schedule an appointment for the Treatment, Membership and Package and we will redeem it upon checkout.

‍Does Tulum offer financing?

‍We do! When you purchase retail items online, you can choose ShopPay as an option. In-app we offer Affirm for the Treatments, Memberships and Packages.
